The main house has three bedrooms, and one bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a single bed. There is ensuite laundry with washer/dryer, an office, and a gas fireplace for ample heat. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee bar. It has a huge backyard, outdoor dining area on deck, patio chairs on riverbank, and gardens to entertain.
Loads of driveway parking for your family and guests. Entertainment for rainy days - including WIFI, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. An outdoor patio area with bbq and lounge chairs by the Mad River.
A separate games room is connected by a breezeway to the main house. The family games room is equipped with a pool table, dart board, Smart TV, bar and refrigerator, karaoke machine and plenty of board games to keep you entertained all season long.
It is a short stroll to the Creemore Springs Brewery for a pint, the Bank Cafe for a baked good, Chez Michel for a delicious dinner, Lagom 142 for home decor inspiration, the Creemore Apothecary for all natural wellness essentials, and so much more. Because the house is located in town, it is also a short walk to the local grocery store Foodland and LCBO.
Creemore is a wonderful country home base to access all that Clearview Township has to offer. . It is a short driving distance to Devils Glen Ski Club, Highlands Nordic, Mad River Golf Club, Duntroon Highlands Golf Club, and downtown Collingwood. It is home to some of the best hiking trails: Creemore Nature Preserve, Noisy River Provincial Park, Pretty River Provincial Park, Nottawasaga Lookout and Nature Preserve, Devil's Glen Provincial Park, Scenic Caves Nature Adventure Trail and more.

Rental dates are flexible and can be discussed.
Utilities are not included. Tenant must pay for water, hydro and gas. The Landlord covers WIFI and snow removal.
This home is pet friendly for a well-behaved family pet upon approval by landlord. Any damage incurred by the pet, however, will be charged back to the tenant.
