Creemore is a wonderful country home base to access all that Clearview Township has to offer. . It is a short driving distance to Devils Glen Ski Club, Highlands Nordic, Mad River Golf Club, Duntroon Highlands Golf Club, and downtown Collingwood. It is home to some of the best hiking trails: Creemore Nature Preserve, Noisy River Provincial Park, Pretty River Provincial Park, Nottawasaga Lookout and Nature Preserve, Devil's Glen Provincial Park, Scenic Caves Nature Adventure Trail and more.

This home can only be rented for 30 day minimums due to local bylaws.
Pricing
Winter Season Rental - December to March inclusive ($4,000 / month; 4 month minimum)
Spring, Summer and Fall Short Term Rental - 30 day minimum in April or May ($4,200 / month)
Rental dates are flexible and can be discussed.
Utilities
Utilities are not included. Tenant must pay for water, hydro and gas. The Landlord covers WIFI and snow removal.
Pets
This home is pet friendly for a well-behaved family pet upon approval by landlord. Any damage incurred by the pet, however, will be charged back to the tenant.
